An OpenCart extension to settle online payments using Yedpay, that help merchant to accept Visa, MasterCard, Unionpay, Alipay, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay online onto their website.
The currency of settlement is HKD. This extension is for Hong Kong merchant only.
HOW DOES THE CHECK OUT LOOK LIKE?
Once integrated, the user would be redirected to Yedpay payment site when he/she clicks the payment/checkout button. He/she could choose Visa, MasterCard, Unionpay, Alipay CN, Alipay HK or WeChat Pay, and complete the payment through Yedpay.
Once the payment is completed, the user will be redirected back to the merchant site with the payment result.
The merchant could check the result and make decision on how to move forward.In the meantime, an asynchronous notification will be sent to the merchant with the payment result.
The notification is reliable with build-in retry mechanism.With a PC browser, a page with the QR code will open.Users can scan the QR code with the Alipay or WeChat App and confirm the payment on the phone.With the WeChat or Mobile browser, clicking check out will automatically wakes up the WeChat app and the Alipay app. Users confirms the payment on the phone.
